1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VivPic website and waitlist, operated by VivPic ("VivPic", "we", "us"). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The service

VivPic is a camera app in development that captures 5-second silent looping clips. The website is currently informational and offers a waitlist for launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase, subscription, or any obligation on either side, and does not guarantee access to the app or any particular launch date.

3. Your content

• Your clips stay on your device. VivPic captures, processes, and stores your clips entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see, access, or retrieve them.
• You own your clips. Because we never receive them, you grant us no rights over them — what you capture is entirely yours.
• You are responsible for what you capture and share. Do not record or share content that is unlawful or that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
• Clips you export or share carry a small "VivPic.com" watermark, which identifies the app they were made with.

4. Waitlist signups

• You must provide accurate information (name, phone number, email).
• You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist.
• We may contact you about the launch and related product updates. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
• Submit false information or sign up on behalf of others without permission.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use the website for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The VivPic name, logo, website content, and app are owned by VivPic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product descriptions reflect features in development and may change before launch.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivPic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed USD $100.

9. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VivPic is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
